In order for your referrers (advocates) to be rewarded for their referral, the person who they referred to you must make a order from your store and the status of that purchase must move into the Completed status before the order is recorded in the RewardStream Portal. 

In some WooCommerce stores, a store administrator must manually capture the payment in order for the order to be recorded in the RewardStream Portal.
