If you are manually fulfilling rewards in your referral program, you'll see the Rewards link in the main menu. Click on that link to see a list of rewards that are unfulfilled and need to be fulfilled by you.

How to fufill a reward

To fulfill rewards that have been earned due to successful referrals:

  1. Click on Rewards in the main menu
  2. Fulfill the reward that the member or referee earned (e.g account credit, points, gift cards, merchandise, etc..)
  3. Click on Fulfill to mark the reward as fulfilled

An alternative way to fulfill rewards is to visit the member or referee's profile, click on the Rewards tab, and mark the reward as fulfilled there as well. 

How to cancel a reward

To cancel rewards that have been earned due to successful referrals:

  1. Click on Rewards in the main menu
  2. Click on Cancel to mark the reward as cancelled
  3. Click on Yes to confirm that you'd like to mark the reward as cancelled

An alternative way to cancel rewards is to visit the member or referee's profile, click on the Rewards tab, and mark the reward as cancelled there as well. 

A reason to cancel the reward is in the unlikely case that a referral was accidentally approved and a reward was earned. Another reason to cancel a reward is in the case that the person who earned the reward should not have earned the reward due to not following the program rules.

Keep in mind that if you cancel a reward, the member or referee would have received a reward earned email notification but cancelling the reward does not notify the person that their reward was cancelled. You may want to inform that customer via email that their reward was denied down the line.
