If you select a referral from one of the referral search results, you are able to view information on the Referral page. There are essentially 3 main sections on this page, as shown below. 

  1. Referral Details: the high level details of the referral
  2. Referrer Profile Information: the referrer's information such as name, email address, account identifier, and account status.
  3. Referee Profile Information: the referee's information such as name, email address, account identifier, account status, purchases, and more.

Referral Details 

This is where you can get a quick glance about the referral:

  • Who the referral is from: name (this links to their member profile page) and email address
  • Who the referral is to: name (this links to their referee profile) and email address
  • The status of the referral: orange means the referral is still processing, red means the referral was denied, expired, or about to be denied, and green means the referral was approved. Here are the definitions of each referral status.
  • How the referral was sent: examples include Program Email on [Date Sent], Referral Link, Facebook, Text Message Word of Mouth, and Manually Recorded by [Portal User Name]. Here are the different referral channels / share methods.
  • Claim Offer Date: this is the date the Referee filled out the form on the Referral Landing Page to indicate interest in taking action on the referral. This is blank if the referral has not been claimed.
  • Referral Code: this is the unique referral code associated to the referral. If your referral program doesn't use referral codes, you can ignore this.
  • Campaign: this is the campaign the referral is associated to.

Referrer Profile Information 

This is where you can get a quick glance about the person who made the referral:

  • Name (this links to their member profile page)
  • Email Address
  • Contact Information (if applicable), like phone number
  • Account Identifier (e.g. their account number, phone number, match key, or email address)
  • Account Creation Date
  • Account Status

Referee Profile Information 

This is where you can get a quick glance about the person who made the referral:

  • Name (this links to their referee profile page)
  • Email Address
  • Account Identifier (e.g. their account number, phone number, match key, or email address)
  • Account Creation Date
  • Account Status
  • Purchase Information (e.g. the order number, purchase date, and purchase amount)
