The RewardStream Portal is an administrative and support tool that is used to manage and track your referral program. The main functions include:

CAMPAIGNS

  1. Creating a Campaign
  2. Customizing Campaign Content
  3. Setting up your program's Rules, Terms and Privacy
  4. Managing your program Emails
  5. Managing your Unsubscribe List

MANAGING REFERRALS AND MEMBERS

  1. Search for a Referral: provides information on the referrer, referee, and their current status
  2. Manually Validate Referrers: allows you to verify a referrer and change their status
  3. Manually Validate Referees (Purchases & Account Activations): allows you to verify that the referee completed the required action to earn a reward
  4. Search for a Member (Referrer): provides information on your referrers including their information, who they referred, and how many rewards they have earned
  5. Create a Member Manually: allows you to manually add a member (referrer) to the referral program
