  • Public Home Page Views: The total number of times the home page of your referral program was viewed in a particular time period;.
  • Logins: The total number of times members logged into your referral program in a particular time period.
  • New Members: The total number of customers of yours who registered for the referral program to make referrals in a particular time period.  
  • Referral Activity: The total number of referrals broken down by referral type (Email, Share, or Message) that were sent in a particular time period.
  • Total Referrals: The total number of referrals that were sent in a particular time period.
  • Total Leads: The total number of people who were referred who claimed their offer and expressed interest in become a customer of yours in a particular time period.
  • Page Views + Leads: The total number times the referral landing page of your referral program was viewed in a particular time period.
  • Number of Conversions: The total number of leads that became qualified new customers of yours in a particular time period.
  • Value of Conversions: For eCommerce referrals programs, this is the total value of all orders (before discounts, shipping, and taxes) that originated from referrals in a particular time period.
