Throughout the portal, you'll likely notice words in square brackets, like this: [ExampleMergeField]. These are merge fields where the content will dynamically and automatically populate based on the variables. If you accidentally delete these fields, you can simply re-type them, remembering to include the square brackets that enclose the merge field names. For example: [ProgramName]

Here's a list of all of the merge fields and what they mean:

  • [ProgramName] - the name of your referral program (e.g. RewardStream Refer A Friend)
  • [CompanyName] - your company name (e.g. RewardStream)
  • [AccountNumberName] - the name for your account identifier, for non-eCommerce programs (e.g. Account Number)

  • [ReferrerFullName] - the member's full name (e.g. John Smith)
  • [RefereeFullName] - the referee's full name (e.g. Jane Doe)
