Share Content

Now that your pages are configure, another important part to set up your campaign are the messages that will be shared to potential customers. We want to keep it as easy as possible for your customers to share and is best that pre-populated message is created for them, which they can edit. On this page you will need to provide copy for the different social networks that your customers will be able to choose from. All messages will include a link to the program at the end of the message.

  • Default Message for Email, Text, WhatsApp & Telegram
  • Twitter
  • Link Share Message for Facebook, Facebook Messenger, LinkedIn, Google+

Emails

Referral Instructions Email

Once you have updated the above pages, be sure to select the Save button on the top right hand corner. Click on Return to Portal on the top left hand corner, and you will be brought back to the Campaigns Page, that will list out all the campaigns that you have created.

Theme

You can set up the theme in any of the pages and the theme will be the same across all of the pages.

However, if you run an eCommerce store on Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, the theme on the Home Page and the Send Referral page are not relevant as the hero section will be embedded right on your store. You will need to edit the theme for the Referral Landing Page. This theme will also be used for your email template.

There are 2 parts that you will need to set up:

  1. Header
  2. Footer

1. Header

Within the header, you will need to configure the following:

 a) Logo - the logo will appear on the top left hand side of your page and you will also appear within your emails. You can provide a URL of your logo image, or drag the image into the site. The recommended size for your logo is a height of 300px.

b) Title - provide the name of your program here. We recommend that the program name explains what the program is about - keep it simple. For example, something as simple as Refer A Friend or Referral Rewards is self-explanatory and provides some direction of what the program is about.

c) Text Color - this will be the text color of your Program Name. You can either enter a hexadecimal color code, or use our color selector tool.

d) Alignment - you can set the alignment of where your Program Name displays. You can choose to align left, right or center.

e) Size - select the height that you would like your header to be. If you increase the size, the space will increase, along with the size of your logo and Program Name.

f) Background Color - enter a hexadecimal color code or use our color selector tool to configure the background color of your header.

2. Footer

The footer will automatically include links that we require for the program, including the Rules, Terms & Conditions, Privacy, and Contact Us. The links will appear at the top of the footer. There are a few optional features you can add on, which will appear below the links. Here are the fields that need to be configured:

 a) Twitter Handle (optional) - if you happen to have a Twitter account, you are welcome to provide your handle, and we will add a Twitter icon, that links to your account.

b) Facebook Page Name (optional) - you are welcome to provide your Facebook Page Name, and we will add a Facebook icon, that links to your page.

c) Legal Text (optional) - If there is any legal copy that you would like to include on your referral program's footer, you are welcome to add text here.

d) Text Color - this will be the text color for the program links that we will include, as well as the legal footer if you provided any.

e) Background Color - enter a hexadecimal color code or use our color selector tool to configure the background color of your footer.

That's it! Your campaign is now configured! Before you go live, be sure to complete the go-live checklist.
