In order to create the best customer experience, it is important for your customers to be able to get help if they need assistance. For this reason, we have added this section for you to complete, and add in the best way(s) for them to reach you. Some customers add in a phone number, and/or an email address, and also the hours of operation so they know when to expect a reply from you.
To edit the the copy, please log into the RewardStream Portal, on the left hand side menu, select Content > Contact. From there, edit away - and don't forget to hit the 'Save' button on the top right hand corner.
You have 2 options in this section:
2. Provide your own instructions - Select the toggle, 'Provide my content below', and enter the information in accordingly. You may need to format it using the formatting tools on our site.
